Approved, June 24, 1886. ' June 24, 1g8g_ CHAP. 514.-An act granting a pension to Lucy G. Dutcher. U Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Lucy G. Dumber. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- P•¤¤¤1°¤· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucy G. Smith, widow of Lewis Y.
