Bush and James Grigsby, doing a distilling business at Glennville, in the county of Washington and State of Kentucky, under the iirm·name and style of Bush and Grigsby, the sum of one thousand and twenty-nine dollars and thirty-four cents, in full for taxes paid by them for and on account of deliciencies in not producing eighty per centum of the producing capacity of their distillery as established by law, by reason of unavoidable accidents which occurred during the months of February, March, April and May, eighteen hundred and seventyflve.
