CHAP. 180.-An act granting a pension to Henry Roscoe. Feb. 22, 1887. Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior g°mQ5' R98C0e- be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of 8d_ "“"°" '“°""”" Henry Roscoe, late iirst lieutenant of Company C, Fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month from and after the passage of this act.
