Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives cj the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior M¤¤‘$=¤¤F C¤¤hi¤· bv, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, P°“°‘°"· eu bject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Cashin, widow of Patrick Cashin, late of Company D, Forty- fourth Ohio Volunteers, and Company M, Eighth Ohio Volunteers. Approved, February 22, 1887. CHAP. 178.-Au act granting a pension to Emily Louisa Spicer.Feb. 22, 1887. Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior Emily L ¤ ¤i¤¤ be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Spggféiou mmm Emily Louisa Spicer, widow of Commodore William F. Spicer, late of 6d_ ` the United States Navy, and pay her at the rate of hfty dollars per month hom and after the passage of this act, in lieu of the pension new received by her. Approved, February 22, 1887. CHAP. 179.-An act granting a pension to John Selby. Feb. 2*2, 1987. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior J¤b¤_S<>1by- is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject P°“°‘°°· to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Selby, dependent father of George Selby, late a private in Company C, Seventy-third Ohio Volunteers. • Approved, February 22, 1887. CHAP. 180.-An act granting a pension to Henry Roscoe. Feb. 22, 1887. Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior g°mQ5' R98C0e- be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of 8d_ "“"°" '“°""”" Henry Roscoe, late iirst lieutenant of Company C, Fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month from and after the passage of this act.
