April 12, 1888. Peck, Etc private in Company (unassigned) of Twenty-second Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers. Approved, April 12, 1888. CHAP. 88.-An act for the relief of L. A. Morris. A. Morris, upon his bond as an Indian trader, for the sum of nve thousand dollars, in favor of the United States, upon the payment of all the costs accrued in the prosecution of the cause. Approved, April 12, 1888. GBA?. 89.-An act for the relief of Margaret S. Murray. April 13, 1888. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary £gr¤¢ S-Murray. of the Interior be, and he hereby is, ordered to place on the pension- ' roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Murray, of Worcester, widow of Henry Murray and mother of T. Edward Murray, musician in Company C, Third Battalion Massachusetts Rides, who died from disease contracted in the service, leaving no widow, child, or children, and upon whom said Margaret S. Murray was dependent. Approved, April 13, 1888.
