Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the U mted States of Amerzea in Congress assembled, That the Secretary 1E3i2f8A- Ki¤¤'¤¤¤- of the Interior be, and he is here y, directed to place on the pension- °°' roll, subject to the provisions an limitations of the pension laws, the name of Fannie A. Kimball, the blind daughter of Charles A. Kimball, deceased, late sergeant Battery D, First Rhode Island Light Artillery, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, July 24., 1888. CHAP. 710.-An act granting an increase of pension to C. R. Thomas. Jul? 8+ 1888- Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assem Zed, That the Secretary géféiffgjgggémd of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to grant an increase of pension to C. R. Thomas, late a corporal Company D, Sixty-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, whose pension certificate is numbered one hundred and twentty thousand one hundred and seventy-one, and pay him a pension o twelve dollars per month. Approved, July 24, 1888. CHAP. 711.-An act granting an increase of pension to Sallie R. Alexander, ·"*’Y Mlmwidow of Lieutenant-Colonel Thomas L. Alexander, widow of the late Lieutenant-Colonel Thomas L. Alexander, United States Army, at the rate of fifty dollars fper month, for and during her natural life, in lieu of the pension 0 thirty dollars per month now paid to her. Approved, July 24, 1888. Raymond, late a corporal of Cbmpany I, Twentieth Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and a private of Com any B, Fortieth Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of . twenty dollars per month, in lieu of the amount per month he is now receiving.
