Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary §;_}f:*¤'¤- of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to lace on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations ol) the ension laws, the name of Mary Nevels, a blind orphan, whose iixther, Thomas N evels, of Company G, Twelfth Regiment of Kentucky Volunteers, was killed in attle in October, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month during the term of her natural life. _ Approved, August 9, 1888. CHAP. 842.-An act for the relief of Coburn D. Outten.
