A¤€¤S¥» 9. 1888- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary @3*,00- Davis of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place u' the name of Mrs. Mary C. Davis. formerly widow of Williain M. Worsham, Major of the Twelfth Regiment of Kentuck Volunteer Infantry, United States Army; on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.· Approved, August 9, 1888. CHAP. 861.-An act granting a pension to Elizabeth B. Sailer. August 11 . 1888. Be tt enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the U ntted States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gfgwth B· Seimof the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place l°°` on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs Elizabeth B. Sailer, of Washiiigton ity, District of Columbia, widow of Jacob F. Sailer, late a private in Company L, Fifteenth Regiment Heavy Artillery, New York State Volunteers. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gurgsunc Simwrr. of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place °° °”‘ upon the pension-roll, the name of Mrs Catharine Sinnott, widow of Patrick Sinnott, otherwise known as Edward Clark, late a member of Company F, Fortieth Regiment of Massachusetts Volunteers, and pay her a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
