Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the William rmmxer. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of P°"“‘°““ '°· eight hundred and eighty-three dollars and fifty cents be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriate , for the reimbursement of William Pfaender, late lieutenant-colonel of the Second Regiment Minnesota Cavalry Volunteers, for the loss of prgperty destroyed by the burning of Government buildings at Fort idgely, Minnesota, on the nineteenth day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Sampson and Renjamin Henricks, of Austin Texas, as compensation for the use of a court-room and offices for the marshal and clerk of the United States district court of the western district of Texas, from the first day of July, eighteen hmgdred and sixty-five to the first day of July eighteen hundred and S1 y-six. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the gfx; Qgufgéflgg United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Commism mz sioner of Internal Revenue, with the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury, is hereby authorized and required, on a peal to him made, to refund and pay back to the county of Hardin, State of Kentucky, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, any and all money co lected from any and all corporations or from any other person or party whatsoever, as internal-revenue taxes on dividends on shares of stock owned by said county in the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Compan , to the extent that such taxes were deducted from any dividends ciue and payable to said county, any statute of limitations to the contrary notwithstanding. United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary °“ of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to lace on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations ol) the pension laws, thename of Elizabeth Myers, of Appleton City, Saint lair County, MBSOH1d, widow of John H. Myers, deceased, late private in_ Company F, of the Sixtieth Regiment of Missouri Enrolled Militia ; and she shall be Fd from and after the passage of this act at the rate of twelve dolliiis per month.
