Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ggljgxf °°°P°'· United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ` of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the pension·roll the name of Bennett Cooper, who served in Captain Cammel’s company, from the State of Alabama, Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
