N¤¤¤*¤¤¤¤¤'bi1ityf¤r The Post-Ofiice De artment of either of the contracting countries 1°°°°' °“m°g°‘ will not be responsibfe for the loss or damage of any packaage, and no indemnity can consequently be claimed by the sender or dresseein either country. ‘ ARTICLE XI. F¤¤*°*¤°¤°*¤*¤¤’· Each country shall rctain to its own use the whole of the postages, registration and delivery fees, it collects on said packages; consequently, this Convention will give rise to no separate accounts between the two coimtries. i . ARTICLE XII.
