That license and pargy mlirigmor authority are ereby granted to the Leavenworth Rapid Transit §v;i€'?E;h8hRg°Sgf Railway Company to construct and operate its railroad, from its vmm. present terminus at the south boundary of the military reservation at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, into and t rough said military reservation to a point and terminus near the military prison, and at its said terminus near said military prison to construct a depot and such side—tracks, turn-tables, an other facilities as ma * be necessary fo1· the convenient operation of its said railroad; and for the purpose wma;. aforesaid, the use of a strip of land fiftly feet wide for its right of way extending from the south boundary- ine of said military reservation to said terminal point near said military prison, and the use of ‘ a tract of land not exceeding two acres in area for said de ot, sidetracks, and terminal facilities, are hereby granted to saidp railway hmm;. company: Provided, That the route of said railroad through said military reservation and the location of the depot grounds and the plans of the depot and all other buildings to be erected by said railroad company on said military reservation shall be submitted to and subject w apwoval shall be subject to the approval of the Secretary of War; and said °'S°"“°“""° °" company, its successors and assigns. shall occu y and use said right of way and depot grounds subject to removal) therefrom. and the revocation of t 18 license and authority herein given, whenever the public service. in the judgment of the Secretary of War, may require such revocation and removal.
