Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re resentatives of the United States of Aznerica in Congress assembled? That the Depart- J1>¤1»¤¤·¤¤¤¤¢<>fAeriment of Agriculture, shall be an Executive Department, under the C ·pt"iYg an Executive " supervision and control of a Secretary of Agriculture, who shall be D°¥’“'*“‘°°°· appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of t e Senate; and section one hundred and fifty-eight of the Revised a R- iiiés 158- l>· 2°» Statutes is hereby amended to include such Department, and the mm ‘ _ provisions of title four of the Revised Statutes, including all amend- caI§i§··““° “'·°”*" ments thereto, are hereby made applicable to said Department. Sec.
