Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the I I¤¤*¤¤ H¤¤¤'*°· United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Pension mmueu. of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase to seventy-two dollars per month the pension now received by Isaiah Humrichouser, late sergeant of Company C, Twenty-fifth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, which pension of seventy-two ollars shall_be in full of any pension now paid said soldier, and that said pension be aid to the legally appointed guardian or conservator of said soldier.
