United States og America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°““‘°“· of the Interior e, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Cannon, the blind and dependent aughter of James Cannon, deceased, late a private of Company D, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
