United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secre- P°"“*°“·tary of the Interior be, and he herebiy is, empowered and directed to lace on the pension-roll the name o John Lindt, late a private in Company B, Independent Regiment Light Artillery, Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States. S. Roan of Campbell County, Georgia, who was a private soldier in Captain Thomas Wilsen’s company in the Creek Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty- . six, and allow him a pension of twelve dollars per month.
