S. Storms, Cbmpany E, Thirteenth Illinois Cavalry, for ineiiiciency and worthlessness, and then to disa prove, revoke, and set aside so much of s ecial orders numbered three hundred and twenty-two, December thirtyhrst, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Headquarters De artment of Arkansas, as dismissed second lieutenant N. S. Storms, Company E, Thirteenth Illinois Cavalry, for inefficiency and worthlessness, and to rant and cause to be issued to said North S.
