S. Storms, Cbmpany E, Thirteenth Illinois Cavalry, for ineiiiciency and worthlessness, and then to disa prove, revoke, and set aside so much of s ecial orders numbered three hundred and twenty-two, December thirtyhrst, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Headquarters De artment of Arkansas, as dismissed second lieutenant N.
