Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary .r¤ne_s.M.snmr. of the Interior 18 hereby authorized and directed to place upon the P°““°“· pension-roll the name of Jane Boswell Moore Bristor, a Held ospital nurstehdming the late war, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per_ mon . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o_§8America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary 0**- of the Intenor , and he is hereby: directed to place on the pensionroll the name of James H. Orr, te of Company E, Seven h Kentucky Cavalry, and subsequently of Company F, ortieth Kentucky Mounted Infantry, subject to e provisions and limitation of the pension laws. .Approved, February 25, 1891. _ CHAP. 313.-An act granting a pension to E. Patton, of Benedict, Kansas. W. Griiiith, of Fayette County, Georgia, widow of G. W. Griiiith, a private in the Creek Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and who WSE a member of Captain James Sanford’s company, Georgia troops. Approved, February 25, 1891. CHAP. 315.-An act granting a pension to John McGregor. p·..b,-,1,,-,25, m1_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of merica ’m Congress assembled, That the Secretary John M,,G,.eg0,._ of the Interior is herebi authorized to place the name of J chu Mc- P¤¤=i<>¤· Gregor, son of Murdoc McGregor, late a private in Seventh Battery of Indian Light Artillery Volunteers, who was killed in the battle of Stone River on December thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, upon the pension-rolls, at the rate of eighteen dollars r month; and as the said John McGregor is of unsound mind, wholly incapable of managing his estate, that such pension be made a able to legally ualifxed guardian, Jackson Wills, of Greenfield, llndiana, or his legal successors in the trust.
