Landram, formerly co onel of the ineteenth Regiment of Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and afterwards promoted to the rank of brigadier-general by brevet, and that he be granted a pension at the rate of li -y dollars per month during his natural life, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
