Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rzzzpresentatives of the §g°n;f;H”'“· United States of America in Congress assemble , That the Secretary ' of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, the name of George Harlan, of Stockbridge, Henry County, Georgia, who served in the Indian war of eighteen hundred and t irty-six.
