September 13, 1890- CHAP. 906.--An act authorizing the Lexington Pontoon Bridge Company to con- ';`; struct and maintain a pontoon bridge across the Missouri River, and to legalize the bridge already constructed, at the city of Lexington, in the State of Missouri. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Bn¥§x‘”g;f;‘pB’;,‘§‘f;l’g; United States of America in Congress assembled, That it shall be bx-id§'§_Miss¤uri River lawful for the Lexington Pontoon Bridge Company, a coidporation “‘ I‘°"“g°°"* M°‘ havin authority from the State of Missouri, its successors an assigns, { Pggwen w¤z<>¤ Md to build, construct, and maintain a pontoon wagon and foot bridge °° nd"` across the Missouri River at some convenient point in or near the co orate limits of the city of Lexington, in afayette County, in said) State, and extending to the county of Ray, opposite thereto. Sec. 2.
