1030 _ PROCLAMATIONS. Nos. 29, 30. aforesaid act of Congress, do hereby make known and proclaim that there is hereby reserved from entry or settlement and set apart as a public reservation, all those certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land lying and being situate in the State of Colorado, and particularly described as follows, to-wit: nuumiu-m. Township ten (10) South of Ranges sixty-eight (68), sixty-nine (69) and seventy (70) West, Township nine (9) South of Ranges sixty-eight (68) and sixty-nine (69) West, Township eight (8) south of Range sixty- nine (69) West; and so much of Township ten (10) South of Range seventy-one (71) West, Township nine IQ) South of Range seventy (70) West, Township eight (8) South of ange seventy (70) West and Township sgven (7) ug of R]-aunge sixty-nine (69) West, as lie to the Eastward o the South atte iver. Legal sums; sx. Excepting from the force and effect of this proclamation all lands °°*"°°· which may have been, prior to the date hereof, embraced in any legal entry or covered by any lawful Bling duly of record in the proper United States Land Office, or upon which any valid settlement has been made pursuant to law, and the statutory period within which to make entry or Bling of record has not expired; and all mining claims duly located find held accordinig to tlhe laws of the United States and rules and reguations not in con ict therewith· Provided that this exception shall not continue to apply to any particular tract of land unless the entryman, settler or claimant continues to comply with the law under which the entry, Bling, settlement or location was made.
