States of America in Congress assembled, That eight thousand two hundred dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, payable from Apvrvprmm m any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and fiom the ¥§‘f,*{,,°'}§$§g,$§§‘* revenues of the District of Columbia, in equal parts, is hereby appromm priated to enable the Commissioners of the District of Columbia to maintain public order and protect life and property in said District fiom the twentyeiglnth of February to the ninth of March, eighteen mguxamm, hundred and ninety-three, both inclusive.
