Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ·{,=;Q_*gj”§*¤i°*>· Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll of the ` United Statesthe name of James Smith, formerly orderly sergeant of Company F, Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, in the Seminole Indian war, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, subject to the rules and regulations governing pensions. Approved, July 27, 1892. CHAP. 302.-An act granting a pension to Benjamin Churchill. July 27, 1892. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the gg;-Qggjexgfgggllb Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ‘ pension roll, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, the name of Benjamin Churchill, late a private in captain E. Wheeler’s Company, New York Militia, in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, the said soldier being now nearly one hundred years old. Said sum tobe in lieu of the pension now drawn by him under certificate numbered twenty- two thousand and nine. Approved, July 27, 1892. ° CHAP. 303.-An act granting a pension to Julia Bodley, ·T¤ly 27, 1892. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United J l_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the p`Q,f§,£,‘{‘“°"‘ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Julia Bodley, widow of James C. Bodley, late major of the Eighty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, July 27, 1892. CHAP. 304.-An act granting a pension to Cecilia White. July 27, 1892. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United U _, _ W States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the pf§,2§_‘},,_ 1‘"°‘ Interior be, and is hereby, authorized to place the nanne of Cecilia White, of Burlington, lowa, on the pension roll, and pay her a pension oftwelve dollars per month for her services as a nurse during the civil war. Approved, July 27, 1892. CHAP. 305,-An act granting Ll pension to Charity W. Clark, mother of Edmond July 27, 1892. M.
