JU! 30- 1892- CHAP. 338.—An act granting a pension to James Reed, junior Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ,[,;*:&j_5°¤*l· 1* States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Reed, junior, who enlisted in the United States Navy June twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and served on the ships Columbus, Ohio, and Hudson, and was discharged from the latter vessel November fifteenth, eighteen hundred and thirty- eight, by order of the Department, he being unfit for service onaccoiuit of a rupture. Approved, July 30, 1892. July 30, 1892- CHAP. 339.--An act granting a pension to William H. Brewer. _ _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United · K‘,fgf,j',’_H· B'°"°" States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William H. Brewer, late a private in Company C, Seventy-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry. Approved, July 30, 1892. J¤1y 30. 1892- CHAP. 340.—·An act granting a pension to Ellen Goff. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United gg0f- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Ellen Got}, of Battle Creek, Michigan, widow of George H. Piper, late orderly sergeant of Company I, Thirty-third Missouri Infantry, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month from and after the passage of this act.
