Fourteenth Regt ment New York Volunteers, and to issue to said Cramer an honorable No 1>=¤y.¤w. discharge, but the said Cramer shall not be entitled to any pay or emoluments on account of the passage of this act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United $¤¤=1M¤rg=¤¤ Bum States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °"°“°”` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place the name of Anna Morgan Burns, the invalid daughter of the late Captain James Burns of the Fifth United States Cavalry, upon the pension rolls, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 3, 1892. August s, 1892. CHAP. 365.-An act granting a pension to Mary C. Smith. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Marr C. Smith- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°"“‘°“’ Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations oi the pension laws, the name of Mary C. Smith, the dependent and helpless daughter of Michael Smith, a deceased honorably discharged soldier, late a private in Company C, One hundred and twentyliith New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
