Concluded at Washington, August 24, 1894; ratification advised by the Senate, August 27, 1894; ratified by the President of the United States, September 1, 1894; ratified by the President of Mexico, October 3, 1894; ratijieations exchanged at Washington, October 11, 1894; proclaimed, October 18, 1894.
