88. Green and colored, molded, or pressed, and ilint and lime glass bottles holding more than one pint, and demijohns and carboys, covered or uncovered, whether filled or uniilled and whether their contents be dutiable or hee, and other molded or pressed green and colored and flint or lime bottle glassware, not speeially provided for in this Act, three-fourths of one cent per pound; and vials, holding not more than one pint and not less than one-quarter of a pint, one and one-eighth cents per pound; if holding less than one-fourth of a pint, forty cents per gross; all other plain green and colored, molded or pressed, and tlint lime and glassware, forty per centum ad valorem. 89. All articles- of glass, cut, engraved, painted, colored, printed, stained, decorated, silvered, or gilded, not including plate glass silvered. or looking- glass plates, forty per centum ad valorem. 90. All glass bottles, decanters, or other vessels or articles of glass, when cut, engraved, painted, colored, printed, stained, etched, or otherwise ornamented or decorated, except such as have ground necks and Stoppers. only, not specially provided for in this Act, including porcelain or opal glassware, forty per centum ad valorem: Provided, That if such articles shall be §§1"K’,§’°,;,,m,,,_ imported iilled, the same shall pay duty, in addition to any duty chargeable upon the contents as if not filled, unless otherwise specially provided for in this Act. - 91- Unpolished cylinder, crown and common window glass, not ‘ exceeding ten by fifteen inches square, one cent per pound; above that, and not exceeding sixteen by twenty—i'our inches square, one and onefourth cents per pound; above that, and not exceeding twenty-four by thirty inches square, one and three-fourths cents per pound; above that, and not exceeding twenty-four by thirty-six inches square, two cents per pound; all above that, two and one-eighth cents per pound: Provided, f,:';?:';";; window That unpolished cylinder, crown and common window glass, gun. imported in boxes, shall be packed fifty square feet per box as · nearly as,sizes will permit, and the duty shall be computed thereon according to the actual weight of glass. 92. Cylinder and crown glass, polished, not exceeding sixteen by twenty-four inches square, two and one—half cents per square _ foot; above that, and not exceeding twenty-four by thirty ‘ inches square, tour cents per square foot; above that, and not exceeding twenty-four by sixty inches square, fifteen cents per square foot; above that, twenty cents per square foot. 93. Fluted, rolled, or rough plate glass, not including crown, cylinder, or common window glass, not exceeding sixteen by twenty-four inches square, three-fourths of one cent per square foot; above that, and not exceeding twenty-four by thirty inches square, # one cent per square ibot; all above that, one and one·half cents per square foot; and all tinted, rolled, or rough plate glass, weighing over one hundred pounds per one hundred square feet, shall pay an additional duty on the excess at the same _ rates herein imposed: Provided, That all of the above plate $,02*;; M__ gm glass when ground, smoothed, or otherwise obscured, shall be subject to the same rate of duty as cast polished plate glass unsilvered. _ _ _ 94.
