For services in surveying the lines of South Capitol street and south S street, twenty dollars; For services in surveying and ascertaining lines and areas of property claimed as right of way by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company in square north of square nine hundred and thirty-one, ten dollars; in all, thirty dollars; being for the services of the iiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-four. That one—half of the foregoing amounts to meet deficiencies in the appropriations on account of the District of Columbia shall be paid from the revenues of the District of Columbia and one-half from any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated.
