June 6. 1896· Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the $23; B""'- Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll the_name of Thomas Brewer, late of Companies I and F, Thirty-first Regiment Enrolled Missouri Militia, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1896. CHAP. 364.-An Act Granting a pension to Delia A. Marsh. June 6, 1896. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the D¤1iqA.Hm·¤1» Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the P°“"°"‘ pension roll the name of Delia A. Marsh, sister of Albert Marsh, who was a corporalsergeant in Company B, Sixty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteers, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1896. CHAP. 365.-An Act Granting a pension to Nancy Gentry. J mw 6, 1896. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Nancy emmy. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the P°““‘°“· pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy Gentry, widow of John A. Gentry, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1896. CHAP. 366.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Julia A. Jameson. ,3,,,,,, 6, ,89,; Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ¤1izA·{¤m¤:::i Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °““ "" "°"° ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Julia A. Jameson, widow of Brigadier-General Charles D. Jameson, United States Volunteers, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of thirty dollars per month she is now receiving. Approved, June 6, 1896. CHAP. 367.—An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Marshall. J¤¤¤ 6, H96- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R@resentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the gi;;l;¤¤thMm¤¤L Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions aud limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Marshall, of Bridgman, Michigan, widow of Henry L. Marshall, a private in Company A, One hundred and eighty-fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1896.
