Interior be, and he 18 hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°"'”°"‘ pensronroll the name of Mary Martin, widow of James Martin, late a private in Company C, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 13, 1897. CHAP. 20.-An Act Granting a pension to Celestia R. Barry. Barry, widow of Claudius C. · Barry, deceased, late a private in Captain Connor’s Company, Bel1’s Regiment Mexican war volunteers, and to allow the said Gelestia B. Barry a pension at the rate of eight dollars a month. Approved, January 13, 1897. CHAP. 21.-An Act For the relief of Samuel Burrell. Approved, J annary 13, 1897. CHAP. 22.-An Act To increase the pension of Mary C. Thompson. January mL1M. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the pension of Mary O, {gy, Thompson, widow of Doctor Fillmore Thompson, deceased, he increased ` from the sum of twelve dollars per month to twenty dollars per month; and the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place her on the roll at the increased rate of twenty dollars per month, in lieu of the rate of twelve dollars. Approved, January 13, 1897. CKAP. 23.-An Act To increase the pension of Theresa Peebles, of Jehu-con Ja¤u•ry13.1¤¤’1. County, Georgia. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Theresa rama. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the P°“"°“*""°“°'L pension of Theresa Peebles, of Jefferson County, Georgia, a widow of a soldier of the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, from twelve dollars to eighteen dollars per mouth.
