Approved, March 3. 1897. CHAP. 412.-Au Act Grantin a pension to Eliza Craig Heckman, widow of March 3, 1891. Brigadier—Gsneral Charles A. Heglxman. —-;—— Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Remresentatives of the United _ _ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ,,,fQ{““ cing H°°k‘ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the P•>¤¤i¤¤- name of Eliza Craig Heckman, widow of Brigadier-General Charles A.
