Robinson, late third lieutenant in the·Reveu ue-Cutter Service, who was drowned June sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, at Icy Bay, Alaska, by the capsizing of a boat while attempting to land the Mount Saint Elias exploring party from the United States revenue steamer Bear, and to pay to her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per mouth.
