Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America _·in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the *{.:f',Q,,f’,;Y;Q¥,,°,“,“,,· Interior be, and he IS hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of obn C. Wagoner,_ late chief packer, Custer’s expedition against the Indians. on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations ottlie pension laws of the United States, and to pay said John O. W agoner a pension of twelve dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, April 27, 1898. CHAP. 215.-An Act To increase the pension of Moritz Tschoepe. Avril 77. 1898- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the $,m,‘,j,,T,},°",,,{’,°;{_‘_j’;,_ Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the limitation of the pension laws, the name of Moritz Tschoepe, late of Company C, Twenty-fourth Regiment of Wi - consin Yolunteers, and pay him a pension of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension now being paid him. Approved, April 27, 1898. CHAP. 216.-An Act Granting a pension to Matthew B. Nale. _ APN @1998- Be tt enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the }fj;fj§},‘j,‘f’ B·N"°·# Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Matthew B. Nale, who served in the Sabine ' disturbances in the Indian wars. and that he be paid a pension of eight dollars per month. ` Approved, April 27, 1898. Wilkinsoii, who was the widow of Martin L. Stone, late a captain in Company I, Second Pennsylvania Cavalry, and pay her a pension of twenty dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1898. CHAP. 218.—An Act To grant a pension to M. Louise Anderson.
