Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the D¤¤*1>lG-G•¤rs¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the. P°°"°° i°°""°°‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel G. George, late of Company D, First Massachusetts Cavalry, and United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 10, 1898. X CHAP. 431.-An Act Granting a pension to Lucia A. Hynes. June 10, 1898. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the £¤*>*¤A·HU¤•·· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °"i°°' pension roll the name of Lucia A. Hynes, widow of John B. Hynes, late iirst lieutenant of Company A, Third Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, captain and assistant quartermaster and first lieutenant Twenty-fourth United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, June 10, 1898. - ` CHAP. 432.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to George L. Durbin. June 10,1BU. Durbin, late a private in Company I, One hundred and thirty-fourth Regiment Indiana Infantry, and Company G, One hundred and forty-sixth Indiana Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the '°““‘°"*"°’°“'°"· pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Edward Stanley, who served as a private of Company G, Twelfth Regiment Maine Infantry Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, June 10, 1898. CHAP. 434.-An Act Granting a pension to Philip F. Castleman, of Oregon. June 10, 1898. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°°“‘°“· pension roll, at the rate of fifteen dollars per month, the name of Philip F. Castleman, who served as quartermastefs agent of Oregon Volunteers in the Indian war in Oregon of eighteen hundred and fifty-five and eighteen hundred and fifty-six. Approved, June 10, 1898.
