Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United f,:;Qf,,‘fQ°°p”E·d_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie E. Joseph, widow of George W. Joseph,_late private, Company B, One hundred and thirty-second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month, in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 9, 1899. February 9, 1899. CHAP. 143.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Margaret Love Skerrett. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Margaret I-ove States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Sk1¥§{,§{§;, i,,c,,,,,,,,d_ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the " pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Love Skerrett, widow of Joseph S. Skerrett, late rear-admiral, United States Navy (retired), and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 9, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United my ’Q;cG<>¤¤,· States of America i-n Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the J'"' ’ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George W. Gould, late first lieutenant and adjutant, Ninth Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United 1!§;·:;g;§$t*;¤és°d States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ' Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eleazer Smith, late a soldier in Captain Nathan J obnson’s company, Thirtieth Regiment, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Beaty, late a member of Company A, Fourth Regiment of Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
