Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ‘ A1bortPut¤¤m- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ot the P"“’”°“‘ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert Putnam, late of Company E, Twenty-first United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. ‘ Approved, February 28, 1899. Febmury 28.1899- CHAP. 292.-—An Act Granting a pension to Levi M. Truit. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United {_·¤vi}-W-Truit States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °"‘"°"‘ Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Levi M. Truit, a soldier in the Mexican war, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. ° Approved, February 28, 1899. Febmsu·y2s,1899. CHAP. 293.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Francis Scott. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Francis scm. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°"“‘°“"‘°’°“°°°· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the J pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Francis Scott, late private Company B, Twenty-third Regiment Wisconsin Infantry Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty-five dollars per month in lieu ot that he now receives. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ·{,<;:_g;>¤N- H¤¤¤¤¤· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ° Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph N. Harmon, dependent father of William H. Harmon, late of Company B, Seventeenth Regiment Ohio Volunteers; ot James E. Harmon, late of Company B, Twelfth Ohio Volunteers; of Thomas J. Harmon, late of Company C, Twenty-ilrst Ohio Volunteers; also ot John F. Harmon, deceased, late of Company C, Twenty-tirst Ohio Volngntcers, and pay hun a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per mon . Approved, February 28, 1899. February 28, 1809. CHAP. 295.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to J nliette Harrow. _ Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United {3:;;; $2*;;;*éd* States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Juliette Harrow, widow of William Harrow late brigadier-general United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension, at the rate oi thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899.
