USING BOTTLES oE- DEALERS IN MINERAL wA·rERs.—-All ,,g§*“°’“‘ “*“°’ "°" manufacturers and vendors of mineral waters and other beverages ' allowed by law to be sold in bottles, u on which their names or marks shall be respectively im ressed, may file with the clerk of the supreme ,Fi§¤s ¤€¤¤¤1>¤¤¤ court of the District a d)escription of such bottles and of the names or ° ’ 6 °` marks thereon, and shall cause the same to be published for not less than two weeks successively in a daily or weekly newspaper published in the District. . Sec. 878. It shall be unlawful for any person, without the permis- gflgégggggg b>’°*h· sion of the owner thereof, to fill with mineral waters or other bever- P ` ages any such bottles so marked, for sale, or to traflic in any such bottles so marked and not bought by him of such owner; and every person so offending shall be liable to a penalty of fifty cents for every bottle so Elled, or sold, or used, or disposed of, or bought, or trafficked in, for the first offense, and of five dollars for every subsequent offense, to . be recovered as other fines are recovered in the District. Sec. 879. FoRG1NG OR IMITATING LABELS, AND so FORTH.·—WhO€VB1‘ ingifggg gg; lmim willfully for es or counterfeits or makes use of any imitation calculated ’ ` to deceive the public, though with colorable difference or deviation therefrom, of the grivate brand, wrapper, label, trade-mark, bottle, or package usually a xed or used by any person to or with the goods, wares, merchandise, preparation, or mixture of such person, with the intent to pass off any work, goods, manufacture, compound, preparation, or mixture as the manufacture or production of such person which is not really such, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or im risoned not more than one year, or both. _ _ §EC. 880. DESTROYING BOUNDARY *rREES.—Whoever maliciously ,,{?‘§§f,;‘§’mg b°“¤°‘ cuts down, destroys, or removes any boundary tree, stone, or other ` mark or monument, or maliciously eifaces any inscription thereon, either of his own lands or of the lands of any other person whatsoever, even though such boundary or bounded trees should stand within the person’s own land so cutting down and destroying the same, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars and imprisoned not exceeding one year. Sec. 881. TRESPASSING ON CAPITOL GRoUNDs.-—Public travel in and ‘,§¤L{=§g1,&;¤¤ggg¤} Q_ occupancy of the Capitol rounds shall be restricted to the roads, smczeu. walks, and places preparedr for the purpose by flagging, paving, or otherwise. Sec. 882. It is forbidden to occupy the 1'O3dS therein in such man- -0**0****- ner as to obstruct or hinder their proper use; to drive violently upon them or with animals not under perfect control, or to use them for the conveyance of goods or merchandise except to or from the Capitol on . Government service. Sec. 883. It is forbidden to offer or expose any article for sale; to b,§ggg*¤g· em-· *°’· display any sign, placard, or other form of advertisement; to solicit ` fares, alms, subscriptions, or contributions therein. , Sec. 884. It is forbidden to step or climb upon, remove, or in any I¤j“'i¤8sm“°S·°’°°· way injure any statue, seat, wall, or other erection,`or any tree, shrub, plant, or turf therein. · Sec. 885. It is forbidden to discharge any firearms, Hrework, or mQjg°g;*€i¤g “’°· explosive, set fire to any combustible, make any harangue or oration,` or utter loud, threatening, or abusive language therein. Sec. 886. It is forbidden toparade, stand, or move in processions or Siggrfggug i¤ P’°C€* assemblages, or display any flag, banner; or device designed or adapted ’ ` tg bring into public notice any party or organization or movement t erein. . ` Sec. 887. Offenses against the six preceding sections shall be dpun- P€¤¤m°S~ ishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, the fine not to excee one hundred dollars, the imprisonment not to exceed sixty days; but in the case of heinous offenses, by reason of which public property shall have suffered damage to an amount exceeding one hundred dollars in value, `
