Fairchild, late of Company C, One hundred and twenty-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a` . pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he ' IS now receiving. Approved, April 17, 1900. CHAP. 232.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Landegan.
