Lyon, late of Company K, Twenty-fth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, also of Company G, Forty—’dfth _ Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
