Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re esentatives of the United States of America in Gcngress assembled, riill the Secretary of the M¤<>sH·_G¤<>¤¤<>w. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Peusm m°m"€d' pension roll, subject-to the provisions and limitations of the ension aws, the name of Amos H. Goodnow, late of Company C, Tgirtieth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of orty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1900. CHAP. 281.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Oliver J. Lyon. April 23,1900_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R resentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Tlzhat the Secretary of the 01iverJ._Ly¤u. Interior be, and he is hereb , authorized and directed to place upon P°°°i°° m°'°"°°‘ the pension roll, subject to tbe provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oliver J. Lyon, late of Company K, Twenty-fth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, also of Company G, Forty—’dfth _ Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
