April 23. 1900- CHAP. 285.—-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frederick Higgins. _ _ _ Be it enacted bg the Senate and House of Re resentatives of the United §§,‘;§§;°}§,§§‘,§,§‘E§Q§· States of America in Congress assembled, 'lqiat the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick Hig ins, late of Company G, Thirty-first Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Tnfantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
