Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re esentatives of the United U States of America in Congress assembled, Tiiiit the Secretary of the page M.1’,0cke. d Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °mS1°“ m°r°°S° ‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the ension aws, the name of Isaac M. ocke, late of Compan F, Fifteenth Re i- ment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay lliim a pension at gre rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1900. CHAP. 300.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to George J. Steely. April 23,1900. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re esentatvhles of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 'Ilh/lat the Secretary of the g,*gg;§§nJi§§;£éd Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` ension roll, subject to- the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Geor e J. Stealy, late captain and assistant quartermaster, United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1900. CHAP. 301.-An Act Granting a pension to Jane F. Chalmers. April 23,1900. Be it enacted by the Senate and 1%ase of Re esentatiiies of the United _ States of America in Congress assembled, 'llligt the Secretary of the ggggighchalmés- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` ension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane F. Chalmers, widow of George Chalmers, alias George Watts, late of Company D, Eighth Regiment United States Infantry, and of Company A, Sixty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. And said Secretary of the Interior is further directed to recognize Jane F. Chalmers as the widow of the within named soldier in the adjudication of his rejected claim to ension under the Act of June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred andp ninety, and to readjudicate said claim to pension and pay to said Jane F. Chalmers whatever pension may be found due to said soldier under his claim named above. Approved, April 23, 1900. CHAP. 302.-An Act Granting a pension to Angeline Eyestone.
