Childs, late of the quartermaster’s department, Company E, First Oregon Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 4, 1900. CHAP. 627 .-—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles Critzer. _ Ju"'?
