Smith, widow of William H. Smith, late iirst lieutenant, Tenth Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars (per mont}; additional on account of each of the minor children of said William H. Smith until they reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, June 4, 1900. CHAP. 702. —An Act Granting a pension to John H. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United _ _ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the {,‘},“,j§§,x’;,0g§;‘;§éd_ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to thehprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of James illiams, late of Company C, Eig teenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
