Rice. _ V _ _Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofR?resentati»ves-of the United $§;‘;{£‘§nl_;,§,§§d_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby,__authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the p/rovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Americus . Rice, late colonel Fiftysevent Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and brigadier-genera United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of one hundred dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
