February 20» 1901- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Riegresentatices of the Cbiited V States of America in Cbngress assembled, at the Secretary of the `{>‘§§§%gI{¤];§Q,S€d_ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James M. Fry, late of Company H, Seventh Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 20, 1901. CHAP. 417.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Kate Harbaugh. February 20,1001. Be it enacted by the Senate and }[ou,se 0 f Representatives of the United — States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §¤re_Harba¤ghSéd Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °°s1°nm°r°“ ‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the nameof Kate Harbaugh, widow of Daniel L. Harbaugh, late of Company H, Third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that . she is now receiving: Provided, That in the event of the death of War masq. ter D. Harbaugh, invalid and dependent child of said Daniel L. Har- ’°°"dm°"‘ baugh, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine.

Moore, late captain Company G, Third Regiment North Carolina Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1901.
