P. Dyer the Paym°mt°' sum of three hundred and fifty-four dollars and ninety-four cents, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appro riated, for services in carrying mail on route numbered eighty-seven hundred and forty- five, in Texas, from January first to May thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Be it enacted by t/ie Senate and House of Re resentatiues of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the {,¤me¤A.Th<>¤¤·»¤d Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °im°n mcmse ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James A. Thomas, late of Company B, Palmetto Regiment South Carolina Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate to which his disability on account of loss of left arm may entitle him under the Act of August fourth, eighteen hundred and eighty-six, in lieu of that he is now receiving.
