March it 1901- CHAP. 825.-—An Act For the relief of Leonard Wilson. __ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re Jresentatzivnes of the Cbzited §§$’,§§‘_§§},Y(}_lS°"‘ States of America in Oongsress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Leonard Wilson, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, six hundred and forty-two dollars and sixty-eight cents, for services rendered to the United States, in excess of the ordinary number of working hours, in Cuba, at Camp \Vikotf, Montauk Point, Long Island, and at Huntsville, Alabama, while serving in a civil cirpacity under the War Department with Major-General Joseph N heeler, United States Volunteers, during the war with Spain.
