Weckler. - HHH Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States 0 f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, {,‘Q§Qt§&W§§§L§Qb,B and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of dischargedesertion from the record of John C. Weckler, who enlisted as John C. Brown, late private in Company C, Thirteenth United States Infantry, and to grant him an honorable discharge from said service _ as of date of June twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: Pro- §f,"f,§§§;,,,c_ vided, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1901. CHAP. 896.—A11 Act Granting an increase of pension to Alfred H. Jones. Jones, late of Company B, Sixty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1901. CHAP. 897.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Isaac H. Duvall. Much 3.1901- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatihzes of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the {§gy:§(§1·};1*;;g;;éd interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Isaac Ill Duvall, late brigadier-general, United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1901. CHAP. 898.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary L. Cramer.
