Ashland Harbor, Wisconsin: That in lieu of completin the shore Wgéhlaud H*“‘°°"· end of the breakwater at Ashland, Wisconsin, as providef for in the V<>1-3¤.1>-1132- river and harbor Act of March third, eighteen hundred and ninety- nine, there shall be substituted a breakwater, starting at a point on the shore about two thousand six hundred feet east of the point at which the existing shore arm of breakwater would meet shore if prolonged, and runnin in a direction parallel to existing breakwater for a distance of four thousand seven hundred feet, or of such a length as ma be necessary to fully protect the harbor of Ashland. Warroad River, Minnesota: The followin paragraph in an Act M}K,*}_"°“° m"°"• entitled "An Act making appropriations for line construction, repair auYe%fied30· 1>· 1145- and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and ` for other purposes," approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninet *-nine, to wit: “}3lor removing a sand bar at the mouth of Warroad River, Minnesota, three thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary," is hereby amended so as to read as follows: "For improving the mouth of Warroad River, Minnesota, three thousand dollars, or so much thereof as mav be necessary." » ~
