That of the principal sum of one hundred and sixty-eight thousand Rggrggf grgwlffgek three hundred and thirty-five dollars and ten cents now in the Treasury nmnbuiich brsinid. of the United States to the credit of the Sioux Indians of the Crow ' Creek Reservation in South Dakota, drawing interest at four per centum per annum, sixty thousand dollars may be used for the purchase of stock cattle, twenty-five thousand dollars may be paid pro rata in cash, and eighty-three thousand three hundred and thirty-tive dollars and ten cents may be used in the purchase of cattle fence wire, in the construction of storage reservoirs, in the improvement of their allotments, and in any other manner that will best promote their welfare and civilization, all in the discretion of the Secretary of the Interior.
